Senior Technical Editor, Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity, Jan 2015 – DEC 2025
- Edited technical reports, test plans, evaluation plans, correspondence, memoranda, policy documents, etc. for Marine Corps programs intended for high-level decision makers such as U.S. Congress, Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps, and USMC and USN Program Officers.
- Developed and maintained Word templates for general use to create efficiency in document development. Developed training modules for technical writers and test officers to use Word, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, style guides, etc. Developed internal stye guide and other writing resources.
- Provided training to active duty and civilian testing personnel to create efficiency and accuracy in written products. Developed training materials for and presented MCOTEA 101 (a course provided twice yearly for new test personnel), Administrative indoctrination course, and writing reports (specific focus on results paragraphs.)
- Developed updated records management system in SharePoint; system included tracking of records during the edit and format phase through to becoming an official record and submission to NARA and DTIC.
